Good logo, good business

I can confidently say that I am very happy with all the services that I received from Jan and I warmly recommend his work.

Since childhood I was interested in photography. It was more or less just a hobby. New impulse to bring my activity on professional level gave me the eye surgery I underwent a year ago and due what opened to me a whole new view of world. After that I began to discover things that I've not seen before.

I decided to start small photographic company, as a secondary activity, in which I wanted to photograph what I like and try to make happy my future customers. And because photography is about beauty, emotion, graphics and artwork, I wanted to design for me a corporate identity that will follow this direction. I was looking for solution how to implement my thoughts about personal identity and while surfing the internet and I found several works made by Jan. I did not hesitate too long, and wrote Jan email with a request for information if it is possible to begin work on my logo and stationery.

After explaining my ideas, I got a few suggestions and four well-developed logo design proposals. Each of this proposals was designed in different style from minimalistic, modern approach to traditional, elegant and futuristic. I chose one very timeless design based on optical illusion of lens shape making symbol of photo camera which exactly fitted into my vision of minimalist composition. This proposal was exact graphic interpretation what I am trying to put into my photography. I can confidently say that I am very happy with all the services that I received from Jan and I recommend his work.

Another project that I am now starting is website and it is not hard to guess, whom I commend its design. I wish good luck and a lot of creative ideas to Jan.

Working with Jan was fantastic. We search hard and long to find the perfect fit for someone to design our new logo for our photography business. We couldn't confidently proceed with anyone until we found Jan.

Our first glimpse of his work was his artistic rending of the word "Coffee". When we saw the rest of his art work we knew we had found an intentional artist who put a lot of though behind his artwork. During the design process Jan meet and exceeded our every expectation. He offered us multiple designs to choose from, was sensitive to our needs and desires, and asked us several question along the way. We felt very much included in the entire process.

Finally, we were very pleased with all of Jan's communication along the way. He offered to speak with us via Skype and was extremely prompt and professional with all and any e-mail communication. I bounced all of Jan's ideas off my wife to get her thoughts.

When she first saw some of his ideas for our new logo she said: "Wow, he's good." Enough said.

Jan is one of the best designer I have ever worked with.

I was sitting with a great concept in hand called Spa Genie for an online portal on Spas in middleast and Asia. I had already tried 3 designers who couldn't make anything even close to what I could like for the brand I wanted to develop. Then I stumbled on Jan's Coffee Cup logo and I was impressed. I knew that only this designer can do justice to the brand I want to create as the Coffee Cup logo was speaking to me. It had life. I contacted Jan and he was very responsive and quick. I was very tight in budget at that time. As I was still investing in a concept, we mutually agreed at a comfortable price. Then he started sketching and finally after a week I saw a logo style that I fell in love with. After a little tweaks we confirmed the current logo which you see for Spa Genie.

Since I have launched this project and every single person I share my business card or website with, compliments on the logo concept and designs and colors. I have no words to thank Jan for giving me such a great logo that I am proud of, connect with and in love with ... :) Please accept my hearty thanks for a great logo.
